Don’t mess with topless Texans!
A pair of Lone Star lovelies are taking aim at rapper Jim Jones for using video of their topless frolicking in his “Summertime” video.
In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Sharie Johnson and Samantha Stotts say they didn’t give the rapper permission to use their half-naked images in his video, and they want the clip yanked from YouTube immediately.
“We’d like for the video to come down and for the girls to be compensated,” said their lawyer, Taso Pardalis.

He said both women had been in Miami on vacation, and were hanging out on the same beach as the “Pop Champagne” rapper.
“They may have been aware that they were being filmed,” Pardalis said, but thought they were “being filmed by what they believed to be camera phones.”
Both were shocked when friends told the footage had made it into the brief video for Jones’ song promoting his forthcoming album.
“They didn’t realize they were going to be used for promotional purposes, and be shown naked on the internet,” Pardalis said.
It’s been a busy winter for the pair – Pardalis said both are now pregnant.
