Retired Venezuelan general packs rifle as warrant issued

Say hello to his little friend!
Retired Venezuelan Army Gen. Angel Vivas was spotted Sunday patrolling his property in Caracas packing an assault rifle and wearing a flak jacket.
Vivas is one of the most outspoken critics of Socialist President Nicolás Maduro, who on Saturday ordered him arrested for inflammatory statements on YouTube and Twitter.
But Vivas, 57, won’t go down without a fight. “I’m not going to surrender,” he told a crowd of cheering followers from the balcony of his home.
Supporters rushed to Vivas’ home after he announced to his 100,000-plus followers on Twitter that a group of “Cuban and Venezuelan henchmen” had come looking for him.
