A Hofstra University student was found dead in his campus dorm room Friday morning, authorities said.
Nassau County Police said officers responded to a 911 call for an unresponsive student at 11 a.m.
When officers arrived, they discovered Conor Wynne, 20, of Trumbull, Conn., unconscious in the room.
No criminality is suspected at this time, and Wynne’s cause of death has yet to be determined by the Nassau Medical Examiner’s Officer, according to cops.
“The Hofstra community is saddened by the loss of Conor Wynne . . . who passed away in his sleep this morning in [student housing],” Hofstra posted on Facebook.
