Woman sues over trampoline mishap at city-owned gym

A Manhattan girl, Symphonie Toodles, is suing the city after getting hurt on a trampoline.

The November incident happened at an East 90th Street fitness center owned by the city but run by the nonprofit Asphalt Green.

Asphalt Green employees “allowed the trampoline to become dangerous” and didn’t have enough mats underneath to keep people from getting hurt if they fell, Theresa Hammonds, the mom of Symphonie, charges in Manhattan Supreme Court papers.

She is seeking unspecified damages from the city and Asphalt Green. Both declined comment.
