A 13-year-old boy is being accused of a sex attack at a Harlem library, where he raped an 8-year-old girl in a bathroom, police said.
The girl was with her brother and a caretaker at the Countee Cullen Library on West 136th Street at 4 p.m. Wednesday when the boy, who knows her, allegedly lured her away.
He took her into the bathroom locked the door and attacked, police said. He confessed after the girl got home and told her family, police said.
The boy was charged as a juvenile with two counts of rape, two counts of criminal sexual assault, two counts of sexual abuse and one count of unlawful imprisonment.
