“Wilfred” will return for its final season on a different network.
The series, which has aired for three seasons on FX, will move to sister cable network FXX for its final 10 episodes with returning stars Elijah Wood and Jason Gann, who plays Wilfred, the irrepressible dog who interacts with Wood’s confused character, Ryan.
Adapted from an Australian show of the same name, “Wilfred” averaged around 1 million viewers last season. No word on when the fourth season will premiere.
