FDNY error leads to home inspection of new HPD commish

Not the best way to introduce yourself to the new boss.

The FDNY triggered an inspection of the new city Housing Preservation and Development commissioner’s $9 million town house because of a clerical error that turned 111th Street into 11th Street.

Buildings Department inspectors showed up at Vicki Been’s West 11th Street pad to investigate a complaint of an “illegal conversion.” Inspectors slapped a notice on Been’s front door last week.

The Fire Department forwarded the complaint, which claims three separate buildings were converted to one, to DOB on Jan. 30, records show.

After calls from The Post, the complaint was dismissed.
