The four-story, five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home, built in 1901 and renovated in 2008, comes with four wood-burning fireplaces, a rooftop solarium and wet bar, two landscaped roof decks and a landscaped garden.

The listing brokers are Randall Gianopulos and Stan Ponte of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Maloney’s office is on the ground floor of the townhouse, which comes with a separate entrance. She is willing to rent the office from the new owner, otherwise, the home would be delivered vacant.

The sales of the Lam

Fashion designer Derek Lam and his partner, Jan-Hendrik Schlottmann — CEO of Derek Lam International — have sold their 92 Greene St. loft for $5.25 million to Henry Josh Goldsmith.

The 2,200-square-foot space was originally asking $6 million last year.

They paid $4.65 million for it in 2011.

Rihanna also once lived in the building.
