Matt Harvey’s elbow looks good as Rangers’ No. 1 cheerleader

Matt Harvey’s rehab schedule just cannot stop this guy from frequenting New York sporting events.

Harvey was decked out in a Rangers jersey at Madison Square Garden on Thursday night and got into some serious fist-pumping as the Blueshirts took Game 1 of their first-round playoff series against the Flyers.

The appearance comes four nights after Harvey squired British model Asha Leo courtside at a Knicks game.

The star right-hander is rehabbing following offseason Tommy John surgery on his right elbow. Under the terms of his agreement with the Mets, Harvey can rehab in New York when the Mets are home, but must work out at their spring-training complex in Port St. Lucie, Fla., when the team is on the road. (Sundays are his off days.)

With the Mets off Thursday on the eve of a 10-game homestand, Harvey was in the clear. He was joined in the crowd by Mets lefty Jon Niese (along with his wife and 6-month-old daughter) and Jets defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson.
