Miami’s cookin’

Le Bernardin chef Eric Ripert is coming to Miami. Well, at least the Eric Ripert Kitchen by Poggenpohl is.

Bellini Williams Island, a Martin Z. Margulies condo development that’s one of the few new residential towers actually under construction in Miami, is putting the Ripert-designed eco-friendly kitchens in its 4,955-square-foot penthouses.

The 25-story Bellini, located in tony Aventura and overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, is only the second building in the country to install the Ripert kitchen in its new apartments. New York’s Chelsea Green is the first. Each kitchen features Miele appliances including an induction cooktop that only generates heat where the pan rests. The four $4 million-plus penthouses at Bellini also feature 12-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass-railed balconies with unobstructed water views. belliniwilliamsisland.com
