Feds hit Qaeda creep

Federal authorities in Brooklyn yesterday announced a slew of charges against a foreign national for joining al Qaeda to attack US military personnel in Afghanistan and allegedly plotting bomb strikes against American diplomatic facilities in Nigeria.

Prosecutors say Ibrahim Harun, 43, traveled from Saudi Arabia to Afghanistan to take up arms with jihadists weeks before 9/11.

Born in Saudi Arabia, Harun, known by the nickname “Spin Ghul,” which means “White Rose,” claims Niger citizenship. He was taken into US custody in October.
