Queens man charged in MTA skimming scam

A sophisticated skimming device targeting riders’ banking and credit-card information was discovered at Grand Central Terminal, authorities said Monday.

MTA cops found it in a Metro-North ticket machine May 12 and disabled it.

Surveillance showed a man installing it six hours before.

Madalin Soren Satruc, 43, of Woodside was nabbed Wednesday after he went back to check the alleged device. It included a metal triangle to conceal a tiny camera.

He was charged with possession of a skimmer device.
