Peace officer arrested after workout turns into brawl at Manhattan gym

A peace officer ended up in handcuffs after she got into a fight at a Midtown gym and punched a patron in the face, police sources said.

Wanda Carrington, 47, got into a clash with the victim, 57, shortly before 2 p.m. at Bally’s on 32nd Street near 6th Avenue, sources said.

Carrington allegedly grabbed her hand, and pummeled her in the face.

Cops came to the scene and arrested her, and she was charged with third-degree assault.

Carrington works for the city’s Human Resources Administration.
