Sounds like they brought a personal “shopper” who knew just what he wanted.

Police are seeking a gang of five that managed to escape with shopping carts full of unpaid-for hardware from the Home Depot in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The suspects entered the DeKalb Avenue branch at about 5:45 p.m. on April 18, and one immediately began selecting certain goods off their shelves, police said.

One accomplice, meanwhile, acted as a lookout, cops said, and the rest distracted security long enough for all of them to get away.

Two MTA workers — one of whom was on the job — were arrested in separate incidents less than an hour apart over the weekend.

An off-duty Anthony Davis, 24, was busted for allegedly trying to break into an East Village spa. He was charged with burglary.

Sources said Davis broke into the Waterfront Spa, on First Avenue near East Second Street, carrying a toolbox at 10:55 p.m. Saturday and proceeded to try to push in several doors.

Then, at about 11:45 p.m., bus driver Frantz Vancol smashed a cab window on West 34th Street in an apparent fit of road rage, police sources said.

Vancol, 42, was behind the wheel of his empty M34 bus when he and a cabdriver began cutting each other off, the sources said.

Both men were driving aggressively and yelling, and when the bus reached Ninth Avenue, Vancol allegedly fired a Snapple bottle at the cab’s rear window, shattering the glass.

There were no passengers in the cab at the time, and no injuries were reported, police said.

Vancol was charged with criminal mischief, cops said.
