Catering to private crowd

Hospitality veteran David Rabin, most recently of Cole’s Greenwich Village, is launching a new project with Abigail Kirsch Catering, Side Dish has learned.

It’s a rooftop lounge and event space at 530 Seventh Ave., a building owned by Savitt Partners, slated to open in mid-August. It has yet to be named.

The plan, sources said, is to open a weeknight cocktail lounge that will serve as a private event space for weddings and other celebrations on the weekends.

“It’s a spectacular space,” one source said, noting that it will be on the 30th and 31st floors with floor-to-ceiling windows, light food and private dining by Kirsch.

The main floor is around 2,500 square feet, with a 1,200 square-foot outdoor rooftop above, all designed by Meyer Davis, and the entrance will be on 200 W. 39th St., via the loading dock.

Beauty addicts will soon have one-stop grooming on lower Fifth Avenue.

Celebrity hair gurus Joel Warren and Edward Tricomi, who count Jessica Alba, Ivanka Trump and Kate Beckinsale as clients, are opening their third Warren-Tricomi spa in Manhattan at 125 Fifth Ave.

The second-floor space of 4,500 square feet will be shared with Skinney MedSpa. Both tenants will have 45 feet of frontage facing lower Fifth Avenue. It’s to open on July 1.

CBRE’s Matthew R. Bergey and Stuart J. Siegel represented both the tenants and the owner, Prime Properties Inc. The five-story, 21,060 square-foot building is between 19th and 20th streets.

The Warren-Tricomi hair salon’s flagship is a 6,100 square-foot space at the Plaza Hotel. They also own salons on Madison Avenue, and in Greenwich, Conn., New Jersey, East Hampton, Miami and LA.
