Vito Lopez sex-harass accusers sue state

Two female former staffers of ex-Brooklyn Assemblyman Vito Lopez refiled a lawsuit in Manhattan civil court Friday, this time holding the state responsible for the pervy pol’s sexual harassment.

Chloe Rivera and Victoria Burhans had filed the suit against the Assembly, but it was tossed this month by a judge who ruled the legislative body could not be held liable because it was not their employer.

The judge, Joan Kenny, said the women could refile, calling Lopez’s lurid behavior “alarming.”

The women’s attorney, Kevin Mintzer, amended the suit to show the state paid their salaries.

A state ethics commission found last year that Lopez had accosted at least eight staffers with incessant come-ons since 2010.

A third suit is pending in federal court against Lopez and Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver.

A state spokesman did not immediately comment.
