The Alzheimer’s-afflicted tourist who wandered out of her Midtown hotel room Sunday afternoon has been found safely, authorities said.

Vivian Minnielli, 61, was spotted sitting on a bench on the Upper West Side on Monday by a civilian who recognized the wayward Ohioan and called the police, officials said.

Minnielli’s husband and granddaughter went out sightseeing 3 p.m. Sunday, and returned to their room at the Hilton Hotel on East 54th Street to find her gone, cops said.

Minnielli was reunited with her family and is in good health, according to authorities.
