Europics 2 of 5 The Phoenix Towers will cover an area of 750,000 square feet and will be located in the center of a lake. Europics 3 of 5 It will come with water filtration systems, an air cleaning system and solar power. Europics 4 of 5 The lower stories will be used for offices and living quarters while the upper floors will be given over to a gigantic recycling plant.
