Pizza retreat coming to Wall Street

If Donald J. Trump wants to invite Mayor Bill de Blasio for a slice, they’ll soon be able to meet up at the Trump Organization’s iconic 40 Wall St., where Neapolitan Express just leased 600 square feet.

Brandon L. Singer of Cushman & Wakefield represented the fast casual restaurant for its first storefront while Jeff Lichtenberg, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the Trump Organization.

Orva Shoes has just signed a deal for an entire 6,000-square-foot building in Bloomie Country at 714 Lexington Ave. between East 57th and 58th streets.

The shoe store leased the former Body Shop store, which had an asking rent of $1 million per year — in an area where ground floor rents can be as much as $700 per foot.

Jack Terzi, of his eponymous company JTRE, represents the tenant and did the deal with the ownership group, which includes Alex Adjmi, Bobby Cayre’s Aurora Capital and Crown Real Estate.
