BED-$TUY IS LOTTO CHAMP

New York’s luckiest neighborhood is . . . Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The Brooklyn neighborhood is on a roll after a second resident in less than two months claimed a $3 million lottery prize yesterday.

Wallace Morris, 50, a copy-machine repairman, cashed in after scratching off the “jackpot” box on his New York Lottery Jumbo Bucks ticket.

The husband and father of three plans to quit his second job, as a security guard.

“It was relief knowing that I don’t have to pay any more bills,” said Morris, who picked up his prize on his lunch hour.

“This was the best lunch I’ve ever taken — and I haven’t even eaten yet.”

Six weeks earlier, another Bed-Stuy resident hit it big playing the same $10 scratch-off game.

Tristan Assent, 26, went from mailroom clerk to millionaire after buying his ticket at a neighborhood supermarket.

Morris returned to the store on Park Avenue in Manhattan where he bought the ticket, and spoke of his new life.

“I was working two jobs for seven years,” he said. “This is a big relief. I haven’t had Saturday and Sunday off for seven years.”

Morris immediately shared the news with his wife and his mother when he hit the jackpot on April 13.

His pre-teen and two grown children, however, are in for a big surprise.

“When my kids find out,” he said, “they’ll want to move back home.”
