The Bronx

■ Three thugs threatened a 79-year-old man with a gun and tried to bind him with a dog leash after he found them ransacking his Morrisania home, cops said.

The homeowner returned to his residence near East 169th Street and Fulton Avenue at 9 p.m. Sunday to find a window broken and the back door ajar, authorities said.

The senior was ushered inside by three goons, one of whom pulled a gun and ordered him to lie on the floor, police said.

The robbers tried to tie up the elderly man with a dog leash, snatched his watch and $500, and fled, according to officials.

The victim was unharmed, authorities had.

The gunman, believed to be between 25 and 30 years old, is about 5-foot-7 and was last seen wearing a black do-rag, white shirt and dark pants. His accomplices are also believed to be in their 20s and about 5-foot-7.

Workers digging up a tree stump on a high-school field in Fordham ­unearthed a human skull, cops said.

The skull, missing a jawbone, was believed to be that of an adult woman.

It was dug up Wednesday on the field of Fordham Preparatory HS on the grounds of Fordham University, cops said.

The medical examiner, anthropologists and the NYPD Crime Scene Unit responded but no other remains were found there.

The skull may have been transported to the site in landfill material, cops said.

■ Three thieves, one in a suit and tie, bound a woman in a Morris Heights home invasion, cops said.

The 35-year-old victim heard knocking at her door at East 163rd Street and Grand ­Avenue, then the robbers forced their way into the second-floor apartment on June 3 at about 11 a.m., according to police.

They demanded cash but she had none, cops said.

They fled empty-handed but were seen on video surveillance briskly exiting the apartment building.

■ Three children vanished in Eastchester with their birth mom who does not have legal custody of them, cops said.

Rachel Summers picked up the kids from PS 112 Wednesday afternoon, cops said.

Summers, 28, took her kids, ages 9, 10 and 13, in what authorities are calling a kidnapping.

The kids’ grandmother has had custody of them for several years, according to police.

Summers is described as 5-foot-1 and 155 pounds.


 Manhattan

■ Cops arrested a predator who allegedly robbed at least four people in Chinatown building elevators.

David Sanchez, 30, was armed with a 6-inch kitchen knife and screwdriver Tuesday at about 8:40 p.m. when he walked into an elevator in the La Guardia Houses on Jefferson Street and followed a 46-year-old woman up to the 13th floor, cops said.

He pulled the weapons, demanded cash and fled with $125, cops said.

At 10 p.m., he approached a couple in the same building, assaulted a man and fled with the woman’s purse and $1,900, cops said.

In April, he allegedly threw a man down a flight of stairs and stole $1,600 in the Rutgers Houses.

He has been charged with multiple counts of robbery and assault.


 Queens

■ Cops arrested a teen after an alleged bias attack in Fresh Meadows, cops said.

The 16-year-old victim was with friends at Parsons Boulevard and 75th Avenue on June 3 at 7 p.m. when Milad Ahmad, 17, walked up to him and asked if he was Jewish, cops said.

When the victim replied “no,” Ahmad punched him in the face, cops said.

The suspect was busted a week later, cops said.

Ahmad was charged with assault.


 Brooklyn

■ Two men stripped an ATM for its parts near the Williamsburg waterfront by McCarren Park, cops said.

The duo managed to remove the front panel, screen, keypad and card reader from the machine on Kent Avenue near North Seventh Street outside Biba Bar and Restaurant Sunday at about 1:45 a.m., ­police said.
