Lefty crooks laugh at you

WASHINGTON — This is your money at work.

At work in the red-light district.

And your government is the pimp who handles your “investment.”

Over the last six years, more than $10 million of your hard-earned money has been taken by the federal government and handed to ACORN, which we now know is ready and eager to use your money to finance whorehouses.

What could possibly be more fitting?

These tapes from inside ACORN offices in Washington, Baltimore and now Brooklyn make your skin crawl.

Have you ever wondered what kind of a sucker people who get your tax money for free think you are?

Have you ever considered how deeply disdainful they are of those who actually work honest jobs and dearly pay their taxes?

ACORN’s loan counselor in Brooklyn balked at letting the undercover woman into her office because of her slutty “attire.”

But arrange a mortgage using your money? No problem.

“You can do whatever you want,” adds another ACORN worker. “What goes on in the house we don’t care, you know. We just help you with the mortgage.”

In the background, a mother shushes a screaming infant.

No wonder the grip of poverty is so hard to break, with these people “helping.”

Far more chilling is the casual acceptance these government-subsidized criminals display when told of plans for bringing in sex slaves from Central America or trapping girls in prostitution just after their 18th birthdays.

And ACORN’s mission claims to help the poor?

They denigrate the poor, shackle them in poverty and snicker at all the chumps, like you, who work hard and pay taxes.

No wonder Charlie Rangel and so many people considered for jobs in the Obama administration didn’t pay their taxes — they know better.

But the problem here is so much larger than just one criminal operation — even if it is woven indelibly into the fabric of today’s Democratic political machine.

It’s about forced charity in which the federal government, under the armed threat of prison takes taxes from people who are already some of the most charitable people on the planet and gives it away to anybody who claims to be “helping.”

It’s an insult to the taxpayer. It’s a corruption of charity. It becomes an intoxicating and addictive drug for the recipient.

And, of course, it enriches a criminal enterprise like ACORN.
