Rudy Giuliani’s Hamptons heckler vowed to fight the ex-mayor in court yesterday after noisily pleading not guilty to a harassment rap in Southampton.
Filmmaker John McCluskey, who was ordered by a judge to stay away from Giuliani and wife Judi Nathan after their Bridgehampton brouhaha, said that he’s ready to duke it out at trial.
“I’m not going to let him get away with this,” he said after his arraignment. “It’s about time someone stands up to this guy.”
In a signed statement to town cops, Giuliani claims that McCluskey abruptly confronted him and wife Judi Nathan and threatened them.
