JON & KATE PLUS BIG-$$ PERKS

The “Jon & Kate Plus 8” gravy train has been running full steam for five years now, picking up tummy tucks, clean teeth and hair implants along the way.

But now that the reality-TV couple — Jon and Kate Gosselin, parents of eight kids ages 5 to 8 — seems headed for separation, the freebie-fueled ride might be coming to an end.

“This show is excruciating for me to watch,” said Paul Petersen, a former child actor best-known for his role on the “The Donna Reed Show.”

“What’s going to happen when these corporations vanish? What part of all these gifts belong to the kids?” added Petersen, who now runs a Los Angeles-based advocacy group for child stars.

A review of four seasons and one episode of the “Jon & Kate Plus 8” estimates that the family has received close to $100,000 in gifts. That doesn’t include the Gosselins’ $1.1 million mansion in Wernersville, Pa., which was purchased under the name of family lawyer William Blumer. The couple reportedly is paid $75,000 per episode.

The list of freebies includes:

* A tummy-tuck procedure for Kate and after-care that can easily cost $8,000.

* Teeth-whitening for the couple that typically goes for $1,310.

* Hair implants for Jon that often run $5,200.

* New carpeting at their former house that usually runs about $10,000.

* A Utah ski vacation, complete with a luxury villa and ski lessons, worth at least $5,000.

A TLC network spokeswoman declined comment yesterday on the cavalcade of swag.

In recent weeks — as the couple’s marital woes have played out — show producers have cited previous comments by Jon and Kate saying they’re saving for their kids’ future.

Amazon.com announced that Kate will be releasing an organic-food cookbook in November.

Whether Jon will be there to enjoy it is unclear. Pictures of the couple vacationing separately last weekend were posted on TMZ.com yesterday.
