Rock on

Yes, Alec Baldwin is everywhere. On Jerry Seinfeld’s new marriage show, about to co-host the Oscars with Steve Martin and continuing his house hunt in downtown Manhattan.

We’ve tracked the “30 Rock” star’s apartment search from the Upper West Side to SoHo, and we can now report that the hot bachelor dropped by the stunning $14.95 million triplex penthouse at 54 Bond St., in NoHo’s old Bouwerie Lane Theatre. He was also spotted checking out the New Museum Building at 158 Mercer St. in SoHo, where Jon Bon Jovi bought a $24 million penthouse in 2007. Baldwin visited two apartments there, both around 4,500 square feet, in the $7 million range.

Dylan prime

Dylan McDermott, the roguishly handsome actor best known for his role on “The Practice,” has been out and about looking for apartments in the West Village. He was spotted at 2 Cornelia St., checking out a prewar, one-bedroom corner condo listed for around $1 million. A bodyguard waited outside the building while McDermott was inside. The apartment is charming, with high ceilings and a state-of-the-art kitchen, but it might be too small for the divorced father of two.

This loft is ‘Giant’

Former Giants superstar Michael Strahan, who has been spending a lot of time in LA, has listed his 2,000-square-foot loft at 25 Murray St. in TriBeCa for $1.85 million.

The condo loft, which Strahan bought in 2006 for $1.6 million, has 15-foot ceilings. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit also features a dramatic, long and cavernous entry.

Frances Katzen of Prudential Douglas Elliman has the listing.

Blast from the past

Agnes Nolan, the grand doyenne of luxury real estate, wants to sell her own trophy apartment: a penthouse duplex at 271 Central Park West. She’s put the co-op, where she has lived since 1964, on the market for $13.9 million. The 4,000-square-foot, five-bedroom, 5½-bath home with a wraparound terrace has striking, sweeping views of the park.

When we say grand doyenne, we mean it. Elizabeth Stribling worked for Nolan’s company, Whitbred-Nolan, for 14 years before launching her own brokerage, Stribling & Associates, 30 years ago.

Exclusive agent Dolly Lenz of Prudential Douglas Elliman had no comment about Nolan’s listing.

On another note, Lenz has just listed two additional trophies at 10 Fifth Ave. and 14 Fifth Ave. — a prime spot downtown — for a combined $26 million.

Miami, F-L-A-Rod

Yankees star Alex Rodriguez isn’t just checking out the ladies in Miami — he’s also ogling pricey real estate, which seems easier for him to commit to. We hear that A-Rod might be close to signing a $12 million contract for a house on North Bay Road, and he spent hours touring a $57 million, 30,000-square-foot bayfront spec house on ritzy Indian Creek Island. The island, which has less than 40 homes, has its own police force, along with a country club and golf course.

Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima and her basketball-playing hubby Marko Jaric just bought a $9 million home on Indian Creek Island in December. Other island residents include Carl Icahn and Julio Iglesias. Co-listing broker Oren Alexander of Prudential Douglas Elliman had no comment about the home Rodriguez visited.
