Fightin’ Foxy: Foe’s jealous

Raunchy rapper Foxy Brown claims jealousy “and hating” over an upcoming gig in Times Square fueled her latest profanity-laced dustup with an old nemesis.

“That is what we think this is about, people kind of jealous and hating,” Foxy’s manager, Bernadette Brennan, said yesterday as she left court with the hip-hop hellion and her battery of lawyers.

Brennan claims Arlene Raymond — whom Foxy beaned with a BlackBerry in 2007 — started the screaming match in Brooklyn Wednesday as Foxy was walking to her car to go to rehearsal for an upcoming show at the B.B. King Blues Club on West 42nd Street.

Foxy “was minding her own business. She has never been more focused,” Brennan said.

But, according to a criminal complaint, the vulgar vixen called Raymond a “dirty bitch” before Foxy “bent over, thrust [her] buttocks at the [victim] while shouting . . . ‘Kiss my ass!’ ” with her “buttocks and undergarments . . . exposed to [Raymond].”

Brennan said that doesn’t sound like the diminutive diva.

“Foxy would never lift her dress, not in a million years,” she said.

The rapper was arraigned yesterday in Brooklyn Supreme Court on charges she had violated Raymond’s restraining order against her stemming from the 2007 incident.

Wearing a skintight teal dress and a Louis Vuitton scarf on her head, Foxy, whose real name is Inga Marchand, pleaded not guilty and was released after posting $5,000 cash bail and $5,000 bond.

Raymond told cops that Foxy confronted her in Prospect Heights and started spewing threats and vulgarities.

“You dirty bitch! Bitch! What are you looking at? What the f–k you looking at, bitch?” Foxy said, according to the complaint.

The rapper then allegedly mooned her.

Raymond declined to comment.
