Warrant issued for Staten Island man who streaked at Obama rally

A warrant was issued Friday for the man who streaked in front of President Obama during a campaign event in Philadelphia, WPVI-TV reported.

Presidential streaker Juan Rodriguez, of Staten Island, failed to show up for his court hearing Friday after he was taken away from last month’s rally wearing only handcuffs and charged with indecent exposure and lewd behavior.

Los Angeles billionaire Alki David put Rodriguez up to the stunt, promising $1 million if he completed the nude dash while promoting his website.

Since Obama never actually laid eyes on the streaker, David withheld the full reward, but agreed to give Rodriguez an undisclosed amount of cash and pay his rent for the next year and his sister’s hospital bills.
