Grimaldi’s seeks $lice of landlord

The owner of world-famous Brooklyn pizza joint Grimaldi’s is firing back at the landlady who tried to evict his landmark restaurant — claiming in a lawsuit that she’s just out to steal his coal-burning brick ovens.

Frank Ciolli says in Brooklyn Supreme Court papers that Dorothy Waxman, her son Mark Waxman and several unnamed companies refused to accept his rent payments, then hauled him into court to evict him from the Old Fulton Street shop.

Grimaldi’s averted eviction in August after falling $60,000 behind in rent.

Mark Waxman termed the suit “ludicrous.”
