Chef hits Ramsay ‘race rip’

Harlem celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson claims fellow TV food master Gordon Ramsay hurled a racial slur at him during an odd, ego-fueled tirade.

Samuelsson, born in Ethiopia and raised in Sweden, was working as guest chef at London’s swanky Lanesborough Hotel in 2000 when Ramsay allegedly went nuts over the phone.

Ramsay was upset that Samuelsson had not mentioned him in an interview when asked about his role models, according to Samuelsson’s book “Yes, Chef.”

“ ‘I’m going to make sure you have a f–king miserable time here. This is my city, you hear? Good luck, you f–king black bastard.’ Then he hung up,” reads Samuelsson’s account, printed in the Daily Mail yesterday.

A spokesman for “Hell’s Kitchen” master Ramsay said the episode never happened. “We’re shocked by these completely false and extremely offensive accusations,” he said.
