Carrie Keagan leaving VH1’s ‘Morning Buzz’

Carrie Keagan, host of VH1’s “Big Morning Buzz Live” is leaving the morning show she has hosted since its launch in 2011, deadline.com reports.

Keagan taped her last show Dec. 20 after logging more the 400 live episodes in her three-year tenure.

She did not give a reason for exiting, but has a pilot in pre-production at the network through her production company, No Good TV.

“I’ve had the most wonderful time and experience hosting ‘Buzz,’ and I am very grateful to have worked with the stellar production team behind the show as well as Tom Calderone and Lee Rolontz at VH1 who were incredible champions and supporters,” Keagan said in a statement to deadline.com.

“I’m sad to leave but I am very proud to have helped launch VH1’′s first morning show and look forward to its continued success.”

VH1 will continue “Buzz” without Keagan, according to the report, with the show set to return for its new season in March.

The fate of the show’s co-host, Jason Dundas, is unclear.
