Real-estate titan ‘sugar daddy’ charged with rape of would-be conquest: sources

Real-estate titan Lakhinder Vohra, who brags about his wealth on “sugar daddy” Web sites to score with beautiful young ladies, was accused of rape by a would-be conquest he allegedly lured to his luxury pad, police sources told The Post yesterday.

Vohra, 47, a broker at the high-end Manhattan firm Nest Seekers, was arrested on a first-degree rape charge for the alleged midday attack in his Wall Street apartment, where the two agreed to meet after exchanging messages over SeekingArrangement.com.

The portly party animal has long been a proud client of the Web site, and boasted to The Post in August 2011 that the company, “changed my f- -king life.”

“When does a guy like me — aging, losing hair, big belly — meet a girl like this?” asked Vohra at the time as he grabbed and sloppily kissed a curvaceous woman.

The popular Web site caters to older fat cats like Vohra, who are eager to lavish cash and gifts on young “sugar babies” for “companionship.”

In his latest attempt to bed a woman from the site, Vohra used the handle “Daddy Loves Arm Candy.”

His relationship with the 26-year-old woman was strictly online until Wednesday, when she arrived at his swank pad at 37 Wall St. at around 2:45 p.m., a police source said.

Vohra — who goes by the nickname “Lak” — allegedly threw her onto his bed and forced her to have sex, the sources said.

The victim was treated at Roosevelt Hospital, where a rape kit was taken during her examination and she told cops Vohra was her attacker, the source said.

Vohra ended up at the same hospital, although it was not clear if he drove her there or arrived later.

He was arrested by cops from the Special Victims Unit and was awaiting arraignment last night in Manhattan Criminal Court.

In his 2011 interview with The Post, the divorced Vohra claimed to be worth $2 million.

On his bio page for Nest Seekers, the India-born Vohra noted he also runs the social site PartyDigest.com and founded the SikhCommunityCenter.org Web site.

In 2009, he organized the Sikh Inaugural Ball in Washington, the first-ever such Indian-American event.

His bust stunned Nest Seekers executives.

“Obviously, we’re not happy about this,” said one big shot at the company.

In October, Vohra was charged with assault for allegedly body-slamming and punching a doorman in his building in the elevator. He was angry because the doorman made fun of him for bringing in a woman, sources said.

More than 100 different “gorgeous” women have visited Vohra’s apartment in the past year — and they often argue with him over money, said a source.

A neighbor said, “He’s icky and slimy.

“There’s a lot of women in and out of his apartment. He’s very full of himself.”
