‘Stalk’ gal: No deal, Alec!

Stay out of Amagansett!

Alec Baldwin is demanding that his perky, French-Canadian alleged stalker not step foot in the entire East Hampton town, where the actor and his pregnant wife, Hilaria, have a house, The Post has learned.

The demand is part of a no-jail plea offer currently on the table for curvy blonde Genevieve Sabourin, who is charged with misdemeanor harassment and stalking for a series of creepy e-mails she sent Baldwin after a fleeting romance in 2010.

Sabourin hoped to plead guilty to a low-level harassment charge, but wound up saying “Non!” — at least for now.

Under the deal, Sabourin would see the harassment conviction dismissed entirely after two years of counseling and good behavior, but only providing she observe the weirdly stringent order of protection that would bar her from the entirety of the 8-square-mile beach town.

The order would also require she “stay 10 blocks away from the [Baldwins’] New York City address, stay 10 blocks away from Hilaria Baldwin’s yoga studios, and stay 10 blocks away from NBC studios,” Assistant District Attorney Zach Stendig told Judge Ann Scherzer.

When Sabourin’s lawyer, Rick Pasacreta, asked the prosecutor, “Just to clarify one thing — she wouldn’t be able to go in to the entire town of Amagansett?” the judge answered, “It’s a very small town.” The proposed terms are vital to Baldwin, a source explained, due to Sabourin’s attempts to reach the “30 Rock” star last year at both his Amagansett and Greenwich Village homes.

“Stabbing victims don’t get 10-block orders of protection,” defense lawyer Pasacreta said after the plea was back-burnered to April 8, Sabourin’s next court date.

“She has no problem staying away from him, but to say 10 blocks in any direction … is pretty much the same as saying, ‘Don’t come into Manhattan,’” the lawyer said.

“And I don’t understand why NBC studios — he doesn’t work there anymore,” the lawyer said, noting that “30 Rock” has now ended its run.
