Yank GM swat at ‘fling’ ma

Lawyers for Yankees GM Brian Cashman yesterday blasted the mom of his accused extortionist fling Louise Meanwell for suing them in a “thinly veiled attempt to elicit sympathy” for her daughter.

Caroline Meanwell’s lawsuit claims that Cashman, his lawyers, Eric Creizman and Caroline Polosio, and Louise Meanwell’s therapist last year tricked the mom into calling 911 in an effort to discredit Louise, who had allegedly threatened to expose her affair with him.

The mom’s suit alleges that Cashman’s lawyers and the therapist caused “intentional infliction of emotional distress” to her.

Caroline Meanwell’s complaint said that during a meeting with Cashman and his lawyers, Creizman told the mom that Louise could very well “commit suicide and end up dead” — which Caroline interpreted “as a death threat,” her suit says.

Cashman himself has yet to respond.
