‘Cannibal cop’ eyed HS girl: judge

Accused “cannibal cop” Gilberto Valle had a hankering for a star player on the Archbishop Molloy HS girls’ softball team, the judge in his case revealed yesterday.

In an online chat last year, Valle described the girl as “the most desirable piece of meat I’ve ever met,” according to a ruling read aloud by Manhattan federal Judge Paul Gardephe.

Valle also allegedly wrote: “My oven is pretty big, and I can take the racks out.”

His lawyers are trying to block prosecutors from using cellphone records to suggest that Valle — a Molloy alum — stalked the girl on the Queens campus.

He stands accused of scheming online to kidnap, rape, torture, cook and eat at least eight women.

He contends that everything he wrote was part of sexual-fantasy “role play” and that he never planned to actually hurt anyone.

His trial is set to start Feb. 25.
