This murderer didn’t even have the decency to apologize.
Benjamin Moreira, 21, was sentenced to 24 years to life yesterday for murdering a man in Queens who was defending his brother from pals of the killer.
Dario Paiva was killed in July 2010.
The killer declined to say sorry, saying only, “God bless you all. May you all find peace with God.”
Defense lawyer Anne D’Elia said he was acting on her advice.
