A trusted family friend sexually abused a girl for more than a decade, starting when she was 9 years old, court records claim.

Rolando Cabrera, 52, molested the girl at least twice between February 2000 and September 2001, according to a complaint filed in Criminal Court.

He began abusing her again within the last two years, forcing the young woman, now in her early 20s, to watch him pleasure himself more than 30 times, most recently on Dec. 1, the documents say.

He is charged with engaging in sexual conduct with a child and public lewdness, the papers say.

Now, that’s sloshed!

A motorist pulled over in Castleton Corners was taken into custody when his blood-alcohol level was found to be .27 percent — more than three times the legal limit, authorities said.

Officers spotted Cesar Moreno-Garrido, 26, on the shoulder of the Staten Island Expressway last Saturday just before 3 a.m. and stopped him near Slosson Avenue, according to court records.

As they approached, the officers couldn’t help but notice that Moreno-Garrido smelled strongly of alcohol and had to lean against the vehicle because he couldn’t stand up straight, law-enforcement sources said.

He was charged with several counts of DWI, said a spokesman for District Attorney Dan Donovan.

When questioned, Allison Miller, 35, told investigators, “I took the package. I thought it was mine.”

She was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, the court papers say.

The thugs then grabbed the man’s bike and took off shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday, police said.

The victim was listed as being in serious but stable condition last night at Booth Memorial Hospital, investigators said.
