A massive flood from a broken pipe shut off water to 250 residences in The Bronx yesterday as city workers scrambled to find the source of the leak.
DEP crews responded to the flood at Valentine Avenue and 184th Street at about 7 a.m. A spokesman said probers were working to determine if the cause was a busted water-main pipe or a service line.
