MONEY: Bobby Bo payment plan more Amazin’

Bobby Bonilla signed a deferred payment plan with the Mets that will pay him $500,000 a year for 25 years in addition to the $1.19 million a year he already is receiving every year from 2011-2035, according to a report by CBSSports.com. It bumps the total payment — originally designed to cover a commitment of $5.9 million in the 1990s — from $29.8 million to just over $42 million.

European soccer rules Forbes’ list of 50 most valuable sports teams, with Real Madrid, Manchester United and Barcelona claiming the top three spots ahead of the Yankees, who rank fourth with a value of $2.3 billion. Forbes says Real Madrid is worth $3.3 billion.

The Giants ($1.47 billion) and Jets ($1.29 billion) placed in ninth and 14th, respectively, trailing the NFL-best Cowboys (fifth, $2.1 billion). The Knicks, valued at $1.1 billion, were the leading NBA franchise at No. 23. The Mets ($811 million) squeezed onto the list at No. 45.

FOOTBALL: Manziel pleads guilty in 2012 case
