A Bed-Stuy woman was busted yesterday after she whacked her geriatric boyfriend in the face with a nail-studded slab of wood, cops said.

Maria Squiciari and the 78-year-old man got into it when he tried to leave her Dekalb Avenue apartment at 1:30 a.m., cops said.

She got so angry that she picked up the wooden plank and bashed him in the head with it, then broke a pair of eyeglasses against his face, police said.

Someone called 911, and Squiciari was cuffed and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

Her boyfriend underwent treatment for cuts and bruises at Woodhull Hospital.

A perv was arrested after an alert transit cop caught him pressing himself against a woman on an Upper East Side train, authorities said.

Andres Lopez, 33, followed several straphangers on the Lexington Avenue line at 4:50 p.m. and sidled up to one on a northbound train, reaching over her, grabbing the pole and rubbing himself against her from behind, a Criminal Court complaint says.

The woman looked over her shoulder and tried to move away several times before exiting at East 86th Street, the court papers state.

The transit cop who witnessed the lewd act busted Lopez on charges of forcible touching and sex abuse, according to the court document.

There was no happy ending to this story.

A woman offered to perform a sex act on an undercover cop for $40 at a Midtown massage parlor and ended up in a jail cell, sources said.

Zhong Ying Mo made her pitch to the undercover at about 4:40 p.m. Friday, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

She was arrested and charged with prostitution.

And the parlor’s manager, Fei Lin, 37, was charged with allowing prostitution, the court records show.

A Gramercy Park woman tried to choke the life out of a love interest — for trying to leave her apartment, police sources said.

After they had downed a few rounds, Blaithin Crombie, 49, invited the 42-year-old man, a lawyer, back to her pad near East 27th Street and Lexington Avenue at about 10 p.m. June 17, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

But later, when he got up to leave, Crombie put her hands around his neck — and squeezed his neck until he had nearly passed out, the court document says.

Crombie was arrested over the weekend on a slew of charges, including obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment, assault and harassment.

Her alleged victim declined to comment.

A girl fighting the heat at a West Village pool sprayed Mace on fellow visitors — after going on a rant that included repeatedly boasting that she was from Brooklyn, sources said.

Geoffrey Croft, president of NYC Park Advocate, said the girl, thought to be about 16, argued with another teen in the James Walker Park pool, at Clarkson Street and Seventh Avenue, at about 6 p.m. Saturday.

She then cursed and threatened other swimmers and refused employees’ orders to leave before she was eventually escorted out, sources said.

She then sprayed a crowd of gawkers, including her initial antagonist, the sources added.

The cops were called at that point, but the out-of-control girl ran off before they could get there, according to the sources.

In all, six people — including two boys ages 4 and 5 — were treated for minor injuries at an area hospital and released.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested yesterday and charged with last week’s sexual attack on a 41-year-old woman in a Lower East Side apartment building, cops said.

Samuel Bell allegedly gained entry to the building near Rivington and Norfolk streets at 11 p.m. Wednesday when the woman saw him pressing a buzzer and let him walk in with her.

Sources said he grabbed her and pressed himself against her from behind in a sexual manner, then tried to force her down to the lobby floor — until she screamed, at which point he emptied her purse on the floor, snatched up her cellphone and wallet, which contained two Citibank MasterCards, and ran out.

He has been charged with attempting to commit a criminal sex act, robbery and assault, the sources said.

The Bronx

A 38-year-old Soundview woman woke up naked in her bed and found her ex-boyfriend leering at her with a kitchen knife, cops said.

The woman told police she was in her Wheeler Avenue home at about 5 a.m. June 29 when she realized that Yusef Wallace was standing over her and snarling, “You ruined my life!” a Criminal Court complaint charges.

She said that she tried to get dressed but Wallace knocked her down and straddled her, then started throwing her clothes across the room and ordering her to “shut the f–k up!” the court papers say.

She somehow managed to escape, and police tracked down Wallace and charged him with burglary, menacing, trespass and weapon possession.
