Manhattan high school dean cops to sex with underage student

A former Manhattan high school dean who bedded an underage student copped pleas to charges of rape and endangering the welfare of a minor Tuesday in exchange for 90 days in jail.

Malik Taylor, 32, slept with at least four students at the public Business of Sports School — but could only be charged with sex with the lone 16-year-old minor, prosecutors said.

The married father of three will get 90 days in jail and have to register as a sex offender, prosecutors said before Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Solomon.

The dirty dean — who was fired after his activity came to light — sent hundreds of lewd text messages to students that fixated on their bodies, prosecutors said.

Taylor held his trysts everywhere from classrooms to seedy motels to his own car, court papers allege, and even tried to get a student to purchase pot for him.

He had only been employed at the charter school on West 49th Street for about a year before authorities got wind of his sexcapades.

A Department of Education investigation uncovered the illicit trysts and alerted the Manhattan district attorney’s office in July 2013.

“My client is deeply regretful and glad to put this whole thing behind him,” said defense lawyer Nathan DeCorpo.
