The FBI and NYPD are hunting for a fifth suspect in the $700,000 smash-and-grab at Cartier’s on New Year’s Eve.

Ralik Hansen was one of at least five thieves who raced inside the crowded Fifth Avenue flagship store through a side entrance at 12:30 p.m., cops said.

More than a dozen shocked customers and staff watched as the crooks used hammers to smash a display case and scoop out 16 timepieces worth $709,000, sources said.

The FBI, assisted by the NYPD, has tracked down four of the perpetrators.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pound Hansen was last seen with a shaved head and noticeable scars on his left wrist and left elbow.

Hansen, 28, has been charged and indicted in the Cartier case.

Anyone with information is urged to call the FBI at (212) 384-1000. All calls will be kept confidential.

A stoned driver with prescription sedatives and an armor-piercing bullet in his car was arrested after smashing into the walls of the Holland Tunnel, police said.

Noel Bautista, 19, of Allentown, Pa., was driving his gray Infiniti out of the city Monday at about 6:30 p.m. when he swerved and hit a wall in the north tube, knocking off his front fender, police said.

When Port Authority cops questioned and searched Bautista, the driver admitted he had “smoke weed,” officials said.

Police also said they found the prescription drug Clonazepam and a hollow-point bullet.

The bullets are sometimes referred to as “cop killers” because they can pierce protective vests worn by police.

Bautista and his passenger, José Ortiz (photo below Bautista’s), 18, were charged with possession of the ammunition, PA police spokesman Joseph Pentangelo said.

Bautista also was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and illegal possession of prescription drugs.
