A frail-looking Anthony Marshall came to court in Manhattan yesterday for the start of jury selection in his trial on charges he rooked his socialite mom, Brooke Astor, out of millions of dollars.
“I’m a little wobbly,” the 84-year-old said, leaning on a cane.
So far, so is the trial. Out of some 200 prospective jurors, only about 30 have enough time in their schedules to be considered for service on what will be a two- to three-month trial.
