Starr report

Veteran actress Della Reese has landed a guest-starring role on ABC’s freshman cop series “Detroit 1-8-7,” starring Michael Imperioli, James McDaniel and Aisha Hinds.

In the episode, which is currently being filmed on location in Detroit, Reese (“Touched By an Angel”) will play Lorraine Henderson, who’s described as “an urban working-class mother.” Her son, Marcus, has been missing since 1967 when his body is found in an abandoned fallout shelter. Reese’s storyline is one of two featured in the episode. In recent years, Della’s appeared on “The Young and the Restless” and “That’s So Raven.”

Her “Angel” co-star, Roma Downey, meanwhile, will join Marion Ross in “Randall Reunion Races,” a Hallmark movie slated to air next year. Ross, of course, played “Mrs. C” on “Happy Days”; her co-star on that series, Tom Bosley, passed away yesterday at the age of 83.

TV Guide Network will remember Bosley today at 1 with a repeat of “The Cast of Happy Days: Where Are They Now?”

Last Saturday’s premiere of “Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp” shattered VH1 Classic viewership records, becoming the most-watched series premiere in network history. I can’t tell you what those numbers were, though, since VH1 Classic is a digital channel and doesn’t provide ratings data. But rest assured that the “Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp” premiere “far exceeded” VH1’s expectations, according to a network spokeswoman. The show follows David Fishof’s “Fantasy Camp” campers, who get to practice with and then play in a band with a bona fide rock star. It’s executive-produced by Mark Burnett.

Former Knicks star Charles Oakley is pitching a series with Media Meld Studios called “Oak in the Kitchen,” which would revolve around Oakley’s efforts to launch a food-truck business (he’s already made a fortune with a string of successful car washes).

Oakley will be in his food truck today at noon at the corner of Water & Broad streets, cooking his “world famous turkey burgers” (it’s being filmed for the show and is open to the public). Some Oakley’s athlete-pals and celebrity friends are expected to be there.

Media Meld is also shopping a show hosted by Robert Englund (he played Freddy Krueger in the “Nightmare on Elm Street” movie franchise), who, along with the industry’s top effects people, would re-create some of the most famous horror effects in movie history. It’s described as ” ‘Mythbusters’ Meets ‘CSI.’ ”

And speaking of food trucks, the winner of Food Network’s “Great Food Truck Race” will visit Rub BBQ (208 West. 23rd) this Saturday. The eatery will have a special one-day-only burger menu from 1 to 3 p.m.

Last, but not least:

* ION sponsors 20 rock-climbing students today (at noon) as they try raising $10,000 to support their alma mater (Simon Baruch Middle School 104) at Flatiron Pedestrian Walkway (23rd & Broadway) . . .
