Goldman Sachs is out, and the NBA is in at 99 Jane St.

After touring many hot properties, new Knick Amar’e Stoudemire has scored a coveted $37,500-a-month, five-bedroom penthouse rental in the West Village. The condo, once listed for sale at $16.5 million, is 4,500 square feet inside, with another 4,500 square feet of terrace space. Stoudemire, we hear, loves the high ceilings and river views.

Stoudemire nabbed the plush pad after the current tenant’s lease wasn’t renewed, says broker Michael Bolla. That tenant is Goldman Sachs exec Richard Kimball Jr., a divorced dad whose ex-wife is Holly Peterson, author of “The Manny” and daughter of billionaire Pete Peterson.

Kimball’s penchant for hosting raucous parties in the Hamptons and at 99 Jane have been chronicled in Page Six. Kimball didn’t return our call, but we hear he has found a new place and that Stoudemire is slated to move into the penthouse in January. “Kimball found another place to live,” one source says. “It wasn’t hard to do. He has a lot of money.”

Ritzy Rocco

He survived his role as a first-generation reality-show chef and went on to dance with the stars, and now Rocco DiSpirito is looking for some delicious digs.

DiSpirito, who first made his name at Union Pacific before battling with Jeffrey Chodorow on television, recently toured the $7.95 million penthouse at the Ritz-Carlton residences in Battery Park with, spies say, Miron Properties founder Jeff Schleider.

The 3,600-square-foot condo spans the top two floors of a 40-story building residence and includes three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a library/guest room, a dining room, a chef’s kitchen (with a breakfast area and Miele, Sub-Zero, Viking and GE appliances) and a roof terrace. It also comes with all the “white glove” service and amenities of the Ritz-Carlton hotel but has its own private lobby and residents-only concierge.

Broker Paolo Zampolli has the exclusive listing.
