Maybe he is a “degenerate idiot” after all.

Former Gov. George Pataki turned the other cheek yesterday and endorsed Carl Paladino for governor, despite the fact that the Republican candidate not long ago referred to the ex-gov as a “degenerate idiot.”

Pataki said, “We do agree on three essential Republican-Conservative core beliefs: the need to cut taxes, reduce spending and shrink the size of government,” Pataki said.

Connecticut GOP Senate candidate Linda McMahon can only handle fighting when it’s fake.

The World Wrestling Entertainment honcho cut short a rally and had to be escorted out early when a melee broke out between some students at the University of Connecticut.

Ironically, the violence broke out between McMahon supporters and protesters from a campus domestic-violence awareness group, who were holding signs saying the WWE glorifies brutality against women.
