Debrahlee Lorenzana, the curvy former CitiBank employee who sued the bank, saying she was fired for being too attractive, has filed suit against a Quest Diagnostics branch for “causing serious and severe permanent injuries” while drawing her blood.

Lorenzana, 36, charged in court papers that a July 2012 visit to the Bayside office was “improper, negligent and careless” which left her with “severe shock and damage to her nervous system.”

A phlebotomists, identified as “Jane Doe” allegedly “failed to reveal that he was unsuccessful in performing the procedure…failed to properly diagnose, treat, prescribe for the condition from which the [Lorenzana] was suffering” and “failed to advise concerning post-procedure care.”

The lawsuit was not clear as to what condition Lorenzana suffers from, but the ordeal caused her “to suffer severe physical pain and mental anguish.”

A representative from Quest Diagnostics did not immediately return a call for comment.

Lorenzana sued CitiBank in 2010, claiming the company fired her because her good looks were too attractive and distracting to  to male colleagues.
