DOCS BLAMED FOR KID’S EYE LOSS

A 9-year-old Bronx girl lost an eye to cancer because her doctors didn’t catch the deadly disease in time and ignored her parents’ desperate cries for help, the girl’s lawyer said in court yesterday.

If the pediatricians had acted sooner, Maya Thomas would have been able to keep her eye, her lawyer, Michael Grossman, charged as the Bronx Supreme Court trial for the $10 million claim unfolded.

The third-grader now wears a glass eye.

Lawyers for the doctors, Lynn Davidson and John Harrington, declined comment.
