Another genius has provided cops with her own photo after snapping selfies with a cellphone stolen during a burglary — this time in Canarsie, sources said.

A thief broke into a 26-year-old man’s apartment on East 105th Street on Jan. 25 at about 4 a.m., took the victim’s Samsung Galaxy phone and his iPad and fled, according to police.

A woman later used the phone to take her own photo, which automatically uploaded to the victim’s account and was promptly turned over to cops, sources said.


Police arrested one man and are looking for a second suspect in a Sunset Park beating that left a man hospitalized with brain injuries.

Jonathan Torres, 23, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, weapon possession, gang assault and assault and cops are seeking Jorge Soto for the attack, police said Monday.

Torres jumped and punched the 22-year-old man while Soto bludgeoned him with a baseball bat in front of a liquor store on Fourth Avenue near 58th Street on Feb. 7 at about 5 p.m., cops said.

Soto, 28, is 6-foot-2, 200 pounds and has “Ingrid” tattooed on his neck and “Lucc” tattooed under his left eye.

The victim has been released from an area hospital but continues to suffer from the brain injuries, sources said.


A food delivery worker suffered head trauma and other injuries when five thieves beat and robbed him in Lefferts Gardens, authorities said.

The 44-year-old victim was trying to drop off food in front of 305 Clarkson Ave., near Nostrand Avenue, on Saturday at about 9 p.m., police said.

As the deliveryman approached, the five suspects burst through the doors and attacked him, punching and kicking him in the head, cops added.

The gang stole the victim’s iPhone, $500, personal items and the food he was trying to deliver, according to police.

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital for head trauma, a broken nose and cuts to the face, authorities said.


A mugger socked a woman in the face and stole her cellphone in Coney Island, cops said.

The thug knocked the 30-year-old woman down from behind near Brighton 8 Street and Ocean View Avenue on Saturday at about 2:15 p.m., punched her in the face, grabbed her phone and fled, according to police.

The suspect is believed to be in his late teens, with a medium build and close-cropped hair.

He was wearing a red zippered vest over a gray hooded sweatshirt, cops added.

The victim suffered bruising and pain.


A gunman shot two men in Bushwick early Tuesday, authorities said.

The victims were on Bleecker Street and Evergreen Avenue at about 2:25 a.m. when the bullets flew, according to police.

The victims, ages 19 and 21, were both struck in the leg and managed to get themselves to an area hospital, cops said.


Queens

A robber snatched a woman’s purse during a knifepoint robbery in Astoria, police said.

The attacker was gripping the knife in plain view as he approached the 36-year-old victim, grabbed her and made off with her pocketbook on 38th Street at 1:35 a.m. on March 16, police said.

Surveillance video captured footage of the shadows of the attacker and victim as they struggled on the sidewalk.

The victim was not injured and the thief fled with the bag, which contained $120 cash, keys and credit cards, cops said.


Staten Island

A man was busted with a semiautomatic pistol, ammo, cocaine, marijuana, nearly $2,000 and a cache of cellphones during a raid in Graniteville, authorities said.

Anthony DeFranco, 32, had the loaded weapon, a stash of drugs, pills, electronic devices and a ledger scattered throughout a house on Andrea Place, near Birch Road, when cops executed a search warrant there last Friday, a criminal complaint states.

DeFranco was charged with possession of a loaded weapon, drugs, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, according to a spokesman for Staten Island District Attorney Daniel Donovan.
