Step 2: "PUMP" Denise says: "It's like your quintessential cheerleader move. It's exaggerated so you can see it from the stands." Mandy says: "I felt like Lady Gaga turned sorority girl."

Step 3: "FOUR JUMPS" Denise says: "The cheerleaders jump any time it's the Jets' down. So the general jumping move is similar to what we do on the third down." Mandy says: "I liked how all you have to do in this move is jump. Almost as good as my other favorite move: 'Walk.'"

Step 4: "X IT OUT" Denise says: "It's a move where your arms are making an X, and your hips have to hit each beat of the music." Mandy says: "Sexy Plane Landing Guy move. Back it up. Back it up. Now stop."

Step 5: "STEP TOUCH" Denise says: "As your arm scoops up, your hips do the same thing in each direction. It's almost like your body does a scoop down and up." Mandy says: "I almost fell doing this move. But it was in a sexy cheerleader way, which makes it totally OK."
