Police have released the sketch of a person of interest investigators want to question in regard to Monday’s mugging in Riverside Park as the victim — a 19-year-old jogger — continues to recover from her injuries.

Marisa Cortright was upgraded today to stable condition at St. Luke’s Hospital, where she was treated for bleeding on the brain, a fractured cheekbone and cuts to the face, head and neck.

A groggy Cortright could be seen sitting up in her bed, under the watchful eye of a nurse. Four friends who visited with her declined to comment on Cortright’s ordeal.

The teenaged victim — a freshman at Columbia University’s Barnard College — was running near the tennis courts by West 120th Street at 6 a.m. when she was pushed from behind by the assailant, police said.

The woman hit her head on a wall and lost consciousness, sources told The Post.

She was later found on a park bench by a passerby, who called 911.

The 19-year-old’s iPod was taken in the attack.

Her family could not be reached for comment.
